With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Cynthia Riggs of Bridgeport, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Woodrow Green; and her grandparents, Marion, Lorene Green, Joe and Mamie Marie Nichols.
She is survived by: her mother Joan Green (Nichols); her husband Conard M. Riggs; her children, Troy "Cameron" Riggs, John Brennan Riggs and Ryan McKenzi Riggs; her daughters-in-law, Elisabeth and Jessica Riggs; her sister Shannon Speyer; and her grandchildren, Paysley Frances Payne-Riggs, Piper Avrie Riggs, Rosemarie Elisabeth Riggs, Ella Dawn Riggs, Jax Woodrow Riggs, Truett Conard Riggs, Peter Embry Riggs and Rocker Lane Hedeman.
