He was predeceased by: his parents, W. J. Mann and Ovella Mann; his brother Jack Mann; and his son Kelly Jobe. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Anne Mann; his children, Susan Hester, Sherry Phillips (CD), Sandi George (Mike), Jim Jobe (Jackie) and Johnny Jobe (Debbie); and his sister Ann Nimmo.
