She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward R. Moore and Beatrice Othella Walker Moore; her former husband Wiley Preskitt, Jr.; her husband Acie Hobbs; and her siblings, Sue Rhine, Viola Forsyth, Leona Evans, Pauline Hodges, Irene Chunn, Opal Blake, Claude 'Buddy Moore and Kenneth Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Wiley Preskitt, III (Dovie) of Bridgeport, Brenda Shawn (Robert) of Bridgeport, Wanda Vick (Joey) of Bridgeport, Tina Torres (Willie) of Bridgeport and Tisa Pippin (Johnny) of Decatur. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
