He is survived by: his children, Billy Mack Garvin, Jr., Tonya Michelle Garvin and Joshua Matthew Garvin; his stepson Chad Allen Blaylock; his daughter-in-law Laura Blaylock; his grandchildren, Veronica Denning, Brevon Blaylock, Christian Blaylock, Cody Yzaguirre, Lauren Yzaguirre, Lane Blaylock, Tyler Yzaguirre, Miranda Blaylock, Matison Blaylock-Davis, Dylan Blaylock, Lexi Gonzales, Elijah Morman, Maci Garvin, Hannah Walter, Cason Blaylock and Joshua Matthew Garvin, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Alice Blaylock, Hope Yzaguirre, Cody Yzaguirre, Jr., Calliope Davis and Lane Denning; his siblings, Mike Garvin and Patsy Meadows; and his mother-in-law Betty Bradford. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
