It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wylba D. Hubbard of Bridge City, Texas, born in Alto, Texas, who passed away on July 16, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie D. Hughes and Carrie Crump Hughes; her husband C. W. "Bubba" Hubbard; and her daughter Jan H. Eland. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Hubbard and Lon Hubbard (Kim); her son-in-law Larry Eland; her brother Burnis Maac Hughes (Jerry); and her pet Joey. She is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
