We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2023, at the age of 87, Ronald D'Wayne Emmert of Bridge City, Texas, born in Grandfield, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Edward Emmert and Estella Emmert (Keesling). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Emmert (Snowbarger); his daughters, Kay Sattler (Brian) of Doss and Rhonda Stewart (Brent) of Humble, Texas; his grandchildren, Dr. Amy Weir (Joshua) of Lake Jackson, Dr. Gregory Sattler (Amanda) of Waco, Jonathan "Jonny" Stewart and Edward "Eddie" Stewart of Humble, Texas; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Elle Weir and Luke Oliver Weir; his sister Beverly Walker of Norman, Okla.; his brother-in-law Marion Snowbarger of Tulsa, Okla.; and his uncle Sam Emmert (Kathy) of Oklahoma City, Okla.. He is also survived by numerous loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Orange First Church of the Nazarene; 3810 Martin Luther King Junior Drive, Orange, Texas 77632.
