He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lee Guillory and Mattie Deville Guillory; and his siblings, Edison Guillory, Wallace Guillory, Elizabeth Meche and Beatrice Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Ann Kordish Guillory; his children, Anthony Lee Guillory (late Dana Lynn Guillory), Connie Leigh DeRouen (Troy Keith DeRouen), Tara Lynn Briley (Joni Marie Briley) and Sabrina Ann Guillory; his grandchildren, Ashley Ann Gregory (Timothy), Torie Raeann DeRouen, Cassie Leigh Campbell (Kory) and Brooke Jordan DeRouen; his great grandchildren, Kason Cole Williams, Anistyn Campbell and Millie Leigh Campbell; and his sister Mary Ann LeBlanc.
