He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Woodruff and Methel Woodruff (Phelps); and his brothers, Donald and David Woodruff. He is survived by: his wife Sharley Woodruff; his children, Keal Woodruff (Laurie) of Houston, Bret Woodruff (Jane) of Orange and Kelli Mitchell of Bridge City; his grandchildren, Justin, Hunter, Brayden, Emily, Kathryn, Heather, Storey (Eric), Aaron (Holly), Kevin (Tara) and Stephanie (Michael); his great grandchildren, Madeline, Bridgette, EmmaLee, Corbin, Isabella, Amelia "Mia", Mackey, Keegan, Justine, Malachi, Dalton, Kaylei, Ethan, Rylan and Augustus; and his friend Glenn Cornwell (Carolyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
