He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Dartez and Joe Dartez. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Aimee and Alana; his grandchildren, Peyton (Hunter), Nicole, Marilyn and Phillip; and his son-in-law Charles.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to an organization very dear to Richard, Catholic Charities Hospitality Center at 2780 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont, Texas 77703.
