He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas P. Culp and Evelyn Lillian Culp (McKnight). He is survived by: his son J. T. Randy; his wife Maraline Culp (Havens); his son John Thomas "J. T."; and his siblings, Cheryl Culp of Huntsville, Thomas Patrick Culp (Gayle) of Orange and Steve Culp (Kathryn Culp) of Bridge City. He is also survived by friends and co-workers.
