He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Brandon; his parents, August Brandon and Ophelia Brandon; and his brother-in-law Ed Quinn. He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Brandon (Kelly Sharpton) and Paul Brandon, Jr. (Pauline); his granddaughter Ciara Brandon; and his sister Mabel Quinn. He is also survived by other loving friends and family.

Norris was an active member in The United States Jaycee's Foundation.
