She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Hebert. She is survived by: her children, Clarence Philpott (Lori), Mark Philpott (Babette), Randy Philpott (Belinda) and Pauline Johns; her brother Ronald Norris; her son Ricky Philpott; and her siblings, Gerald Norris, Kenneth "Sunny Boy" Norris and Ethel Felder. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clayton - Thompson Funeral Directors (5200 W Parkway St, Groves, TX 77619). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Oak Bluff Memorial Park (100 Block St, Port Neches, TX 77651).
