He is survived by: his children, Jack Dean Pepper of Bridge City, Chad Douglas Pepper of Bridge City and Dana Lee Toomey; his husband Patrick of Little Cypress; his grandchildren, Zackary Dean Pepper, Taylor Dayne Pepper, Justin Chad Pepper, Breanna Lee Pepper and Renna Lee Toomey; his great grandchildren, Patrick Dean and Peyton Lee Pepper; and his sister Melba J. Allen of Port Arthur.
