He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus T. Alexander and Callie Mae Alexander (Young); and his brother-in-law Gerald Gilley. He is survived by: his wife Betty Alexander of Bridge City; his sister Shirley Gilley of Bridge City; his children, Kevin "Joe" Alexander (Patty Alexander) of Bridge City, Sari LaGrone (Jim LaGrone) of Yantis, Skipper Alexander (Krystyn Alexander) of Katy, Mari Aquillard (David Aquillard) of Bridge City and Kathryn "Kathy" Alexander of Bridge City; his grandchildren, James LaGrone of Houston, Lauren LaGrone (Joel Cotter) of Houston, Ashley Robinson (Dustin) of Bridge City, Chase Alexander (Kelsey) of Bridge City, Keaton Alexander, Lily Palmer of Katy, Courtney Alexander, James Manners of Cypress, Vienna Mae Alexander of Katy, Kevin Jackson (Tanna) of Splendora and Coleman Jackson (Kimberly) of Little Cypress; his great grandchildren, Carter, Trevor, Morgan, Brodi, Kinley, Kaela, John, Mark, Ethan and Cameron; and his stepgrandchildren, Dustin Hughes, Landon Harris, Roman Prasarn, Alexis Prasarn, Alison Hampton and Tiffany Goodwin.
