We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2022, at the age of 79, ElRay Philen Sr. of Bridge City, Texas, born in Montgomery, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albon Philen and Hazel Philen; his significant other Bobbie Philen; his siblings, Albon Philen Jr., Evelyn Broussard and Anita Hennigan; and his granddaughters, Christina, Stephanie Philen and Kelcee Cappel.
He is survived by: his son Ray Philen (Connie); his grandson Alex Philen of Germany; his son Michael Philen (Kimberly); his grandchild Kerrah Cappel of Bridge City; his brother Hershel Philen (Janet) of Bridge City; and his pets, Charley and Sam. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
