She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Updike and Sylvia Updike (Hinds); her husband W. M. "Butch" Herman; and her brother Donald R. Updike. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Herman and Brandal Herman; and her sisters, Marlene Delome (Leon) and Gloria Jackson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Claybar Funeral Home (504 5th St, Orange, TX 77630, USA). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
