He was predeceased by: his son Hector Felix Serna. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Valdez; his children, Juan Serna (Maria), Joe Valdez, Jesus Valdez (Marta), George Valdez (Irene), Mary Morr (George), Robert Valdez (Anna), Lupe Chris (Thayer), Tony Valdez (Kimberly) and Janie Thayer; and his sister Janie Ramos. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren & 37 great-grandchildren.
