She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Wittneben; her brother-in-law Alita (Willie Winkelmann); her brother Melvin; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Maurer and Teola Huff (Connie).
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lee Wittneben, Jr., Linda Kiemsteadt (David) and Carol Kruger; her grandchildren, Jason Kiemsteadt (Misti), Bethany Sherrard (Rob), Amy Hale (Zach), Heidi Brooks (Lance), Derek Wittneben, Chad Kruger (Rhonda) and Kellan Kruger; her great grandchildren, Laurna Eppel (Alex), Jay Kiemsteadt, Lukas, Ellie Sherrard, Angela Brooks, Owen, Kase, Gage Hale, Anneliese Kruger (Hayden Moye) and Brennam Kruger; and her close friend Wilma Reichle. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Oaks Chapel (1306 W Main St, Brenham, TX 77833). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the New Ulm Cemetery (211 Hickory Rd, New Ulm, TX 78950). A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 3:15 PM at the same location.
