He is survived by: his mother Mildred Kramer Richter of Brenham; his wife Connie Diane Oppermann Richter; his children, Clayton Richter (Glynda) of Helotes, Jeffrey Richter (Amie) of San Antonio and Raschel York (Scott) of Somerville; his grandchildren, Harrison Richter of Alexandria, Virginia, Gretchen Richter of Houston, Peighton Richter of Dallas, Madeline Richter of Helotes, Ellie Richter of College Station, William Richter of Grand Forks, Lillie Richter of San Antonio and Alex York of Somerville; his brothers, Dennis Richter (Patty) of Bellville and James Richter (Joyce) of Brenham; and his brother-in-law Jimmy H. Oppermann of Lyons. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
