He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Oeser and Ora Nell Oeser (Sommerlatte); and his siblings-in-law, Janice Maresh, David Maresh and William Cherry.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Maresh; his son Mark; his daughter-in-law Tami Oeser; his daughter Donna of Brenham; his son-in-law Jeff Damon of Brenham; his grandchildren, Hannah Damon, Aiden Oeser, Lance Oeser, Mark Shapiro and Ethan Shapiro; his sister Stella Cherry of Georgetown; and his sister-in-law Grace Maresh of Bellville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nelsonville Brethren Church (332 Nelsonville Church Rd, Bellville, TX 77418). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
