It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Gene Schow of Brenham, Texas, born in Rock Springs, Wyoming, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Schow and Genevieve Schow (Carter); his siblings, Daryl and Carla White; and his granddaughter Shanna Mathews.
He is survived by: his wife Gertrude "Trudy" Ann Huber; his children, Daryl Schow (Becky) of Elko, Kevin Williams (Cindy) of Gillette, Shonna Robinson of Brenham and Patti Matthews of Idaho Falls, Idaho; his grandchildren, Chelsey Mathews, Andromeda Grymes, Kamei Campbell, Kyle Schow, Jaime Cesko, Nick Twitchell, Kamey Mathews and Jeremy Twitchell; his great grandchildren, Vinecius Mathews, Callia Mathews, Avan Twitchell, Tyann Mathews, Aisley Twitchell, Taya Mathews, Justin Williams, Magdelena Twitchell and Reese Williams; his sister Lela Findlay (Fred) of Toole, Utah; his nephews, Errol Findlay, Russel Findlay and Chuck Everets; and his niece Marlene Everts.
