She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest McCurry and Edna McCurry (Spree); her husband Richard Theriot; her former husband Charles Paetz; her son Bart Theriot (Cindy) of Hemphill; and her siblings, Alton McCurry (Georgette) of Chappell Hill, Wayne McCurry (Janice) of Seguin and Marlene Kennard (Tim) of Georgetown.
She is survived by: her son Wesley Theriot (Stephanie) of Angleton; her grandchildren, Christina Reed (Chris), Calvin Theriot (Camile), Jennifer Rodriguez (Robert) and Lucas Theriot; and her great grandchildren, Waylon, Korbyn, Tidus Reed, Leo, Margot Theriot, Michael Theriot and Sophia Rodriguez.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Oaks Chapel (1306 W Main St, Brenham, TX 77833). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (1212 W Jefferson St, Brenham, TX 77833). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Premont Cemetery.
