He was predeceased by: his parents, Frieda Hermann and Robert Louis Preuss, Sr.; his sister Carolyn Joan; and his parents-in-law, Alpha and Herbert Eichler.
He is survived by: his sister Gloria Jean; his wife Jeanette; his sons, Jody (Anna), Jeffrey (Belinda), Jared (Jennifer) and Jason (Leigh); his grandchildren, Jessica Snowden (Michael), Jennifer Fuchs (Landry), Justin Preuss, Eric (Cassie), Holdan, Emily Preuss, Rohan, Audra, Kora Preuss, William and Sophie Preuss; his great grandchildren, Graysen Snowden, Olivia, Dallas Fuchs, Collyns, Owen Preuss and Brecklyn Preuss; his sister Jean Toomes (Merle); his nephews, Chris, Matt and Scott Toomes; and his aunt Dorothy Preuss.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Brenham or to a charity of your choosing.
