He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Januszewski and Mary Januszewski (Cendalski); his siblings, Janie Goryczki (Bruno), Stella Kubitzka (John), Monica Krenek (Johnnie), Stanley Januszewski (Mary) and Bill Januszewski; and the mother of his children Patricia Bass Ray.
He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Jacobs; his granddaughters, Brandy Scott (Brad Scott), Brooke and Brenna Scott; and his brother John Januszewski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as close friends.
