She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry F. Poehls and Pauline Weidemann Poehls; her aunt Leona Koether; and her siblings, Milton Poehls, Jesse Poehls, Lawrence Poehls, Florence Leissner, Methilda Meyer and Selma Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kalisa Pomykal (Brice) of Brenham and Paula Barrick of Carmine, TX.; her grandchildren, Jon Jankowiak (Shauna), Bobbie Hughes May (Dan), Tammi Hughes, Kody Fox (Ashley), Hunter Pomykal (Olivia) and Katy Pomykal Espinosa (Will); her great grandchildren, Kandyce Hughes, Ryler Boyer, Joee Espinosa and Isaac Espinosa; her caregiver Toni Camille Pritchett; her cousin Gladys Koether; and her son-in-law Ralph Barrick. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
