He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Albert Fraley, Sr. and Dorothy Belle Armstrong Fraley. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Fraley; and his sisters, Mary Louise Fraley and Jane Lange Fraley. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and seven great nieces and nephews.
