She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kovar and Theresa Kovar; and her brothers, Thomas and Bob Kovar. She is survived by: her husband Alphonse Kwiatkowski; her children, Liz Kainer, John Kwiatkowski and Kathryn Tamez (Demetrio); her grandchildren, Lauren, Jared Kainer and Blaine Tamez; and her brother Daniel Kovar.
Due to medically fragile family members we are asking that you please wear a mask, social distance and please do not shake hands with any family members that may be present in our facility or at the church.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to help cover medical and funeral expenses.
