She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Robert Cole Frederick of Fort Worth, Hayden, Libby, Grace Gage and Bart Christian Frederick of Brenham; her granddaughters, Charlotte and Caroline; her daughter Kathryn Grace Herrera of Austin; her grandson Robert Grant; her brother James Lee Kelly (Kim); her nieces and nephews, Reagan Kelly and James B. Kelly; and her sister Sherri Kelly.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kathy's memory to Champion Fellowship Church.
