He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bell and Julia Bell; and his brothers, Leon "LJ" and Kirby Palash. He is survived by: his siblings, Vivian Raska, James Bell and Phillip Bell; his sisters-in-law, Lydia Palash and Linda Palash; and his close friends, Mark Roesler and Terry McMillian. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
