He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Weir and Elvie Jones Weir. He is survived by: his sons, David (Judy Weir) of College Station and Don (Lisa Weir) of College Station; his wife Ann; his granddaughters, Heather Weir of Dallas and Ashley (Andrew Myers) of Dallas; his sister Mary Morgan; his nephew Steve Morgan; and his niece Kim (Dan Merryfield). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
