He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace B Smith Sr. and Farris Smith; his brother-in-law Bill Robertson; his daughter Monica Mullins; his parents-in-law, Virgil and Lilly Pyle; his siblings-in-law, Sonny and Pat Thompson; and his son-in-law Norman Gunter.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Pyle; his daughters, Missie, Shelly, Lanette Gunter, Cabin Warmke and Shelley Jackson; his grandchildren, Chassity Cox, Summer Mullins, Jimmy, Britnee Mullins, Billy, Monica Mullins, Sarah Gunter (Mitchell), Tracy Gunter, Jake Gunter, Payton, Brooke Warmke, Caden, Daylon Warmke, Hanna Warmke and Luke Smith (Maddi); his great grandchildren, Carly, Ryann Cox, Daniel, Rebecca Mothersell Mason, Chloe Mothersell, Matthew, Layla, Miles Mullins, Jonathan Lagunas, Jeilynn Casas, Brodie, Lilly, Adeline Mullins, Andrew, Evan Garza, Emma Cenkus, Rylan, Logan Gunter and Tate Warmke; his great great grandchild Ann Mothersell; and his sister-in-law Annette Holbrook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
