He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sr. Schwartz and Rosie Goeke Schwartz; his parents-in-law, Herbert and Rosa Schoenemann; and his sisters, Gertie (Otto Kramer), Dorothy Ann (Raymond Gaskamp) and Eleanor Pearl (Melvin Gaskamp).
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Schoenemann; his son Jeffery Scott; his daughter-in-law Sharon Schwartz; his grandchildren, Amy Lynn Jeter, Hanna Rose Glenz (Trevor), Logan Scott Schwartz (Kaylie Zapalac) and Allison Paige Jeter; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn, Betty Brenner and James Schoenemann.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, William Penn.
