She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Pawlawski and Rosie Pawlawski; her siblings, Edmund Pawlawski, Henry Pawlawski, Frank Pawlawski, Theodore Pawlawski, Verna Prebilske, Cecilia Vollmer, Wanda DeLuke, Rosemary Adler, Gertrude Pawlawski and Frances Warmke McGill; and her daughter Tina Kubeczka McAdams.
She is survived by: her husband Harry Kubeczka; her children, Calvin Dodd (Marisol), Debbie (David Winslow), Larry Kubeczka (AnnMarie) and David Ray; her grandson Darryl Ray; her sister Ann Black; and her great grandchildren, Brandy Stevens, Billy Ted Green, Christian Gomez Calderon, Lina Gomez Calderon, Savannah McAdams, Jared McAdams, Ryan McAdams, Joshua Kubeczka, Kenneth Kubeczka, Brandon Dodd, Justin Dodd, Shelly Dodd, Michelle Cole and Kevin Winslow. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
