It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Lueckemeyer of Brenham, Texas, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Wiethorn and Clara Wiethorn (Quebe); her husband Woodrow Lueckemeyer; and her sister Esther Preuss. She is survived by: her children, Claudia (Wayne Giese), Trish (Bryan Felt), Donna Lueckemeyer of Brenham and Shelia Lueckemeyer of Houston; her grandchildren, Sheridan, Jeff Slocumb of Houston, Erin Giese of Bryan, Eric Giese of Brenham and Elizabeth Strangmeyer of Houston; her great grandchild Jeremy Slocumb (Hanna Herzog) of Dallas; and her sister-in-law Willie Mae Lueckemeyer of Brenham.
Due to COVID-19, masks and social distancing will be required during the services.
The family request that memorials be made to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
