She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alma Ellis and Fred Scott; her former husband Andrew Johnson; her children, Andrenette Machelle Johnson (Joe), Herman Ray Burns Jr. of Dallas, TX and Efrem Zimbalist Burns; her grandparents, Lillie Holmes and Dan; her daughter Shanta Renee Burns; her sister Janice Faye Watson; her husband Herman Burns Sr. of Deanville; her children, Lashea Burns, Lashawn Swain and Trevor Burns; her siblings, Glenda Ellis, Darryl Ellis and Milton Bouldin; and her grandchildren, Chelsea Swain, Courtney Swain, Regan Brown, Brandon Hicks, Lance Hicks and Rechio Thompson.
