She is survived by: her husband Keith Twiggs of Brenham, TX; her daughter Donna Mann (Robert "Bob") of Kingwood, TX; her son-in-law Richard "Dick" Waters of Brenham, TX; and her grandchildren, Robert "Bob" Mann Jr. (Connie), Edward "Ed" Mann (Karen) and Jenny Mills. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
