With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Effie Pappas of Brenham, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Oscar and Disneyland; her husband Angelo Pappas; her son Deanie Pappas; her parents, Ed Wynakos and Beryle Wynakos; and her sister Maria Vergonet.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marina Pappas and Elizabeth Hunt; her grandchildren, Jacob Hunt (Macy) and Casey Hunt; her great grandchild Loralie Efrosine Hunt; and her siblings, Michael Wynakos (Cindy), Stacy Smalls and Jennie Lorenz (Jay). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
