He was predeceased by: his parents, Rubin Wensel and Alma Wensel (Flentge); his son Lance Wensel; and his sister-in-law Carol Girouard. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Wensel; his son Aaron Wensel; his grandsons, Colten Wensel and Carson Wensel; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Hrnicko and Freddie Hrnicko (Brenda). He is also survived by two nieces and nephews.
