Doris Koehne Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Koehne (Brenham, Texas), who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doris Koehne to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Tegeler and Elsie Tegeler; her grandparents, Meta, Otto Loesch, Dora and Herrmann Tegeler; her husbands, Richard Stickley and Fred Koehne; her in-laws, Willis Stickley Sr., Gladys Stickley, Fritz and Clara Koehne; her brothers-in-law, Willis Stickley Jr., Don Hewitt, Joel Murray and Travis Rosenbaum (Florence); and her friend Calvin Braun.
She is survived by: her children, Doris and Craig Stickley (Angie Stickley); her grandchildren, Skylar Mohr (Marshall Mohr) and Morgan Kubera (Trevor Kubera); her great grandchildren, Piper Mohr, Willow Mohr, Sterling Mohr and Julietta Kubera; her stepdaughters, Leah Calder and Leslie Kurtz; her brother Lonnie; her siblings-in-law, Barbara Tegeler, Bob, Laverne Stickley, Carmen Stickley, Judy Cowan, Loyce Murray, Margie Rosenbaum, David and Carol Koehne; and her aunts, Ella Flynt and Edna Schroeder. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Oaks Chapel (1306 W Main St, Brenham, TX 77833). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM and from 12:15 PM to 12:00 AM.
