He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Stockton Deavers and David Flinnoye Hopkins, Sr.; and his brother Mike Hopkins. He is survived by: his niece Holly Hopkins Richardson; his nephew Mike Hopkins, Jr.; his great-nephews, Tyler and Travis; and also Blake.
