With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dane Scott Luedke (Brenham, Texas), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on August 19, 2018 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Luedke; his sister Dena Luedke Kuhlmann; his grandparents, Willie, Clara Luedke (Mertins), Isidor and Elsie Mitschke (Noack); his uncles, Willard "Bubba" Luedke, Wally Wilson and Terry Luedke; and his cousins, Mark Luedke and Michael Mitschke.
He is survived by: his mother Alice Luedke of Northrup; his uncles, Paul, Evelyn Mitschke of Giddings, Calvin, Ina Mitschke of Northrup, Carmen Luedke of Brenham, Margie, Johnnie Fleissner of Dale, Mitzie, Butch Frazier of Houston, Larry, Sandy Luedke of Huffman and Melody Luedke of Midlothian; his close friends, Mike Simpson, Betty Petzold, Greg, Diana Roeber, Pat and Jennifer Prihoda; and also, Sommer Garman (Chris) of San Antonio, Nathan of San Antonio, Oliver "Ollie" of San Antonio, Caleb Kuhlmann (Wendy), Jeremiah, Micaiah, Leah Grace, Isaiah Kuhlmann and Baby Kuhlmann. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, Dane's family recommends making memorial contributions to the St. Paul Lutheran Church Building Fund in Serbin or to the charity of one's choice.
