He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Thekla Buck; and his brother-in-law Winfred Finke. He is survived by: his parent Charlie Henry; his wife JoAnn Buck; his children, Max Buck (Michelle) and Jennifer Buck Stevens (Robert); his grandchildren, Jacob Buck, Cameron Buck, William Stevens and Benjamin Stevens; and his sister Joyce Finke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brenham Memorial Chapel (2300 Stringer St, Brenham, TX 77833). A reception was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Cowboy Church of Brenham (4400 TX-105, Brenham, TX 77833).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Brazos Valley, 302 East Blue Bell Road, Brenham, TX 77833, or to the charity of your choice.
