He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Margaret "Margie" Church and Forrest Eugene "Gene" Moss. He is survived by: his parents, Brett Church (Mary Kathryn) and Shelley Nave Brakefield (Jon); his daughters, Stella Rose Church and Hailee Di'Ann Church; his siblings, Sean Church (Brittney), Josh Church (Rachel), Ryan Singleton, Reid Singleton (Marissa) and Brianna Brakefield; his nephew Jake Church; his niece Gracelynn Singleton; and his grandparents, Terry Church (Susan) of Diane, Johnson Cook (Tom) and Betty Moss. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Brenham Memorial Chapel (2300 Stringer St, Brenham, TX 77833).
