She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hintzel and Lanora Hintzel (Baranowski); her husband Travis Vlasek; her sister Dorothy Dismuke; and her son Randy Vlasek.

She is survived by: her son Steven (Becky Vlasek); her daughter-in-law Patsy Vlasek of Hemphill; her grandchildren, Bonny Vlasek of Burton, Tyler (Emily Vlasek) and Travis Vlasek of Missouri City, Texas.; and her great grandchildren, Brooke David of Burton and Riley Vlasek of Odessa. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
