She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Lisa Pike (Clint) of Bentwater, TX; her grandchildren, Starr Shephard Whitley, Lindsey Shephard Repka, Clayton Repka and Ross Shephard; her great grandchildren, Olivia Jeans and Natalie Repka; and her extended family, Lynn Hawk, Kay Stout, David Thompson, Allen Thompson, Gary Thompson and Neal Thompson.
