He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis W. Schomburg and Margaret Schomburg (Eckardt); and his brother Dennis Schomburg. He is survived by: his wife Anne Schomburg; his nephews, David Schomburg, Mike Schomburg and Steven Hollister; and his niece Gale Paul.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Brenham, Tx.
