He was predeceased by: his parents, John Goldberg and Lillie Goldberg (Fischer); his daughter Lisa Lynn Goldberg; his brother Monroe Goldberg; his parents-in-law, Bill and Erna Arndt; his niece Cynthia Goldberg; and his pet Peppermint Patty.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Arndt; his sister-in-law Nora Lee Goldberg; and his caregivers, Charlie Schroeder and Janice Randermann McClendon.
