He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Elizabeth, Jennifer (Kevin Luten), Stephanie and Kristen Dannhaus; his mother Nadine (Neil) Rhodes (Jim); his sisters, Lori Nicholson (John), Kim LaPage (Don) and Wendy (Bob McDermott); and his grandchildren, Ray Sanchez, Rylee Dannhaus, Draegon Johnson, Dallas Luten, Colby White, Preston White, Avaree Dannhaus, Garrison Luten and Kaycen Johnson.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made towards a monument for his grave.
