He was predeceased by: his spouse George Ann Chapman; his son Joe Ted Tullos Jr.; and his sister Frances Louise Tullos Jolly. He is survived by: his children, Lucinda Tullos Elliott of Bremond and David Preston Tullos; his sister Shirley Borski; and his grandchildren, Mandy Louise Sparling, Kara Joe Tullos, Chance Roach, Chasan Brandon and Garrison Robert Tullos. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren.
