He is survived by: his wife Cindy Blackburn of Bremond; his son Billy E Blackburn (Anne) of Midland Jason; his sister Glenda Shinn; his sister-in-law Jimmie Blackburn of Hamilton; and his grandchildren, Jace, Jaxon, Tripp, Jayke, Livie, Madison (Sweet Pea), Harley Grace (June Bug) and Garlynn Gail.
